DEPARTMENT OF HEALTH RECOGNIZES AND COMMENDS NARVACAN LGU

95% OF THE NARVACANEANS HAVE BEEN FULLY VACCINATED.

From March - December 2021 of the COVID-19 Vaccine Deployment and Vaccination Campaign, the Municipality of Narvacan, Ilocos Sur RANKED #5 (Fully Vaccinated level) in Ilocos Sur while in the entire Region I Narvacan RANKED #11 as announced during the health cluster meeting held last year.

NARVACANEAN LEARNERS RECEIVE LEARNING AND CARE KITS

Narvacan LGU headed by Mayor Luis Chavit Singson, Vice Mayor Atty. Pablito Sanidad Sr., Sangguniang Bayan ng Narvacan and Atty. Pablo Sanidad II distribute the school kits and learning materials to Public Elementary School and High School students.

R.Y.A.N. Capitol Outreach Program

Our heartfelt gratitude and appreciation go out to the Provincial Government of Ilocos Sur (PGIS), led my Gov. Ryan Singson, Vice Gov. Jerry Singson, and the Members of the Sangguniang Panlalawigan for their R.Y.A.N. Capitol Outreach Program.

In this program, the PGIS provided Free Medical/Dental Services, Assistance to Individuals in Crisis Situations, provision of Fisheries Inputs, and provision of various Agricultural Equipment and Inputs to Narvacaneans.

By reason of the strong partnership between the PGIS and the Municipal Government of Narvacan, the PGIS also ensured infrastructure programs to aid in the current BUILD! BUILD! BUILD! Programs of the Municipality.

NARVACAN FARMERS SUPPORT PROGRAMS

The Municipality of Narvacan, Ilocos Sur headed by Mayor Luis Chavit Singson, Vice Mayor Atty. Pablito Sanidad Sr., Sangguniang Bayan ng Narvacan, Municipal Administrator Atty. Pablo Sanidad II along with the Municipal Agriculturist leads and begins the distribution of farm inputs to ALL the registered and qualified Narvacanean Farmers.

LGU Narvacan provides and delivers various programs, projects, and activities, aiming to ensure sustainable attainment in both immediate and long-term situations.

These programs are initiated as part of the innovation and priority development mandate of the local government meeting the immediate and long-term needs of everyone in Narvacan, especially in this period of the COVID-19 Pandemic.
