NARVACAN LGU EDUCATION AND CHILD DEVELOPMENT PROGRAMS

Alternative Learning System - BPOSA learners receive their new mobile learning gadgets as they continue pursuing their higher education amidst the COVID-19 Pandemic.

Mayor Luis Chavit Singson states that “It is indeed that poverty is not the hindrance to success. There are many superhumans who are always ready to provide for the needy.”

Vice Mayor Atty. Pablito Sanidad Sr., Sangguniang Bayan ng Narvacan, Municipal Administrator Atty. Pablo Sanidad II and educators lead the awarding of the new mobile devices to the students.

NARVACAN FARMERS SUPPORT PROGRAMS

The Municipality of Narvacan, Ilocos Sur headed by Mayor Luis Chavit Singson, Vice Mayor Atty. Pablito Sanidad Sr., Sangguniang Bayan ng Narvacan, Municipal Administrator Atty. Pablo Sanidad II along with the Municipal Agriculturist leads and begins the distribution of farm inputs to ALL the registered and qualified Narvacanean Farmers.

LGU Narvacan provides and delivers various programs, projects, and activities, aiming to ensure sustainable attainment in both immediate and long-term situations.

These programs are initiated as part of the innovation and priority development mandate of the local government meeting the immediate and long-term needs of everyone in Narvacan, especially in this period of the COVID-19 Pandemic.

Bernadette Cauton Lim, Lito Caballes, Zaldy Clarin, Reina Alexa Antolin), guests, Caloy Valera, barangay leaders are present during the Narvacan DOLE FreeBis Program Ceremonial Turnover and Distribution to the Narvacanean beneficiaries.
