Narvacan Dancing Fountain Inauguration / Ribbon Cutting with Miss Universe 2021 Harnaaz Sandhu

EVERYBODY IS WELCOME - Reigning Miss Universe Harnaaz Sandhu visits the Municipality of Narvacan, Ilocos Sur and serves as the Guest of Honor for the Inauguration/Ribbon-Cutting Ceremony of the newly constructed Narvacan Dancing Fountain at the Narvacan Farmers Market and Commercial Complex on April 28, 2022 around 6:00PM.
LMP National President Mayor Luis Chavit Singson strongly promotes premium development programs, fully working hand-in-hand with the Sangguniang Bayan ng Narvacan headed by Vice Mayor Atty. Pablito V. Sanidad, Sr. together with the Sangguniang Bayan Members - SBM Dra. Edna Cabalo Sanidad, SBM Engr. Joseph Tejada, SBM Jovenn Ampo, Jr., SBM Charito Copiozo Viloria, SBM Badeth Cauton Lim, SBM Lito Caballes, SBM Zaldy Clarin, and SBM Reina Alexa Antolin.
The inauguration of the new infrastructure shall serve as another momentous event for the onward movement of progress in Narvacan in the field of Food Security, Tourism, Agriculture Development, Progress, among many others.

DEPARTMENT OF HEALTH RECOGNIZES AND COMMENDS NARVACAN LGU

95% OF THE NARVACANEANS HAVE BEEN FULLY VACCINATED.

From March - December 2021 of the COVID-19 Vaccine Deployment and Vaccination Campaign, the Municipality of Narvacan, Ilocos Sur RANKED #5 (Fully Vaccinated level) in Ilocos Sur while in the entire Region I Narvacan RANKED #11 as announced during the health cluster meeting held last year.

PRESIDENTIAL INAUGURATION

New Narvacan Farmers Public Market

The Municipal Government of Narvacan, led by Mayor Luis Chavit Singson and Vice Mayor Atty. Pablito V. Sanidad Sr., inspired by the Build! Build! Build! Program of the National Government, upon assumption of their office implemented the Narvacan Build! Build! Build! aimed to begin the “Golden Age” of true Growth & Development in the Municipality of Narvacan.

On the historical day of March 4, 2022, this “Golden Age” was recognized as their key infrastructure project (New Narvacan Farmers Public Market) was inaugurated by no less than the President of the Republic of the Philippines, Pres. Rodrigo Roa Duterte.

The President was joined by National Security Adviser Ret. Gen. Hermogenes Esperon Jr., Presidential Adviser for Northern Luzon Atty. Raul Lambino, Department of Agriculture Sec. William Dar, Senator Bong Go, members of the Provincial Government of Ilocos Sur, led by Gov. Ryan Singson and Vice Gov. Jerry Singson, former Congressman Eric Singson, as well as several Mayors and Vice Mayors of Ilocos Sur.

The New Narvacan Farmers Public Market features a “World Class” design and is the largest Public Market in the Province of Ilocos Sur. It is one of the only Public Markets and the first in the Province that integrates the concept of Solar Energy, providing not only clean public service but clean energy as well.

The project aims to provide local farmers the optimum location to market and distribute their produce, as well as attract business development in the Municipality to increase employment, income, tourism, and improve the quality of life for all Narvacaneans.
